Shipping Policy
All
orders are shipped via USPS, with the exception of, Paper So Pretty (PSP)
products.
PSP
products are shipped via UPS, directly from the manufacturer.
TCW
Designs does not take responsibility for any delays in delivery due to the
shipping company.
The shipping time is calculated from
the day your order is shipped, not the day you place your order.
All card orders that are in stock will be shipped within 2 business days after your proof has been approved.
USPS shipments:
US Priority mail is estimated to take 1-3 business
days once it is shipped. It is available
for deliveries within the United States.
Signature confirmation is available for all orders at an
additional charge. We are not
responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages if you do not choose this
option.
US Express mail is guaranteed in 1-2 business days
from the time it is shipped. There is no
Sunday and/or holiday delivery. US Express
rates are determined by quantity and weight.
Global Express mail is the only USPS shipping method we
offer for our international orders.
Global express takes an estimated 3-5 business day delivery once it is
shipped. There may be a signature
required upon receipt. Please check with
your local postal service for more information.
The global express shipping rate given at checkout is an estimated
fee. If your shipping fee is different
the one stated on the order form, we will email you a revised bill and wait for
your approval before processing your order.
TCW Designs is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or any other fees
associated with shipping an international order. We will not claim a package as being a gift
to save you custom charges.
TCW Designs cannot be held responsible for delayed, lost or mis-routed international mail.
PLEASE NOTE: Custom duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the
recipient, even if the item is being shipped to someone other than the
purchaser. TCW Designs is required by
Federal law to fill out a Customs Declaration with ALL International packages
we ship. We will not declare shipments as
“GIFTS” or declare the value below the purchased price. We will not be held responsible for items not
delivered due to failure of the recipient to pay the necessary duties and
taxes.
UPS shipments:
All UPS shipments are shipped from
Texas. No weekend deliveries are
available.
UPS Ground is an estimated 1-5 business day
delivery.
