Unfortunately, there are occasions when errors occur.
If the product you receive has a printing error that was caused by our printing process, we will happily replace your order at no charge. If the card design is in stock, your order usually prints and ships within one business day. Your replacement order will be shipped to you using the same method as your original order. ( i.e. If you requested US Priority mail, the reprint will be shipped by US Priority mail.) You can upgrade the shipping at an additional cost.
We are not responsible for any errors found after you approve your proof. No refunds will be given on orders once they are printed and/or shipped.
