Shopping Cart Help and Order Information 

Please follow the following steps to complete an order from our web site.  If you experience any problems or need some help, please feel free to Contact Us.

1.  Click on the item that you would like to order.

2.  This will take you to the Product Detail page where you will see a larger version of the item, along with information about that product.  
**If you would like to view an even large version of the item, please click on the link "Click to enlarge" located under the picture of the item.

3. In order to view the price and item number of the item, you must choose a product (located under the item's picture).

4. If you would like to order for this product, please fill out all necessary fields and then click the "Add to Cart" button located near the bottom of the page.
*Important note - if that doesn't bring you to the next page, you must have left a required field blank.  All required fields have an asterick to the right of the title of the corresponding field.  Go back and check the fields that you left blank.

5. The next page will show your order summary.  Here you can review your order, continue shopping or checkout and complete your order. 
      - If you are ordering more items, please click on the "continue shopping" button located under the "Taxes" 
        information (on the left).
      - If you are ready to complete your order, please click on "Checkout" button located under your order total on the
        right.

6. On the next page you will need to fill out all your billing and shipping information.  If you are a returning customer, you can click on the link at the top to complete your order.  If you are a new customer, please fill out all your shipping and billing information below and click on the "next" button (located bottom right) after you have completed this information.

7. Here you will see your shipping options.  Please choose the appropriate shipping option.   You will also need to check the box under "Additional information" that reads "I have read and fully understand the Terms and Conditions of this website"
** We strongly suggest that you click on the "Terms and Conditions" link and read our terms and conditions BEFORE checking that box.
  There are a couple of checkout questions that you have the option of answering and then you can click on the "Next" button located to the right.
*If you need to edit your shopping cart, please click the link "edit your shopping cart" which is located under the "Next button BEFORE clicking on this button.

8. On this page, you can review your order and add any comments or extra instructions for your order.  Fill out your payment information and then click on the "Place your Order" button to submit your order.  

Soon after submitting your order, you will receive an email with your Order Confirmation.  Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder should you not receive this confirmation email.

**THIS IS NOT YOUR PROOF.  If you are ordering a printed card, you will receive the required emailed proof within the next 2 business days.  We will not process and ship your order until after receiving your approval on the PROOF that we email to you.

*If you are in a rush and need your proof sooner then the 2 days, please email us immediately.  We will try our best to email your proof as soon as possible.
