Q: How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
A: Most orders will be shipped out within 3 business days after we receive your approval. There may be a delay in shipping if the card you ordered is out of stock. We will let you know if there is a delay when we email you a sample.

A: Yes, shipping is available worldwide.

Q: Can I see a proof of my order before it is printed?
A: We will email you text wording of the invitation/thank you card you ordered within 2 business days. Please look over all wording to make sure that all the information is correct. We cannot be responsible for any errors that you overlook.
Q: Do you offer a catalog that you can send me?
A: Because we are constantly adding to our site, we can not offer a print catalog at this time. All of our products are available online and can be viewed or printed from our Online Catalog. If you are looking for something that you are can't find on our site, please contact us with as much information as possible and we will try our best to get you the card that you are looking for.

A: Yes, envelopes are provided with each order. Depending on the manufacturer, the envelopes with either be plain white or decorated to match the card.
